Lmao sounds like a mess. I haven't seen that movie yet and I probably won't
I'm surprised you didn't include Devil - but I actually really liked that film for some reason. The worst is probably The Last Airbender. I didn't see it but I purposely chose not to since I loved the series and I wouldn't put myself through that pain.
I might actually rewatch Devil later cause it's hilarious

Happening makes for an entertaining comedy, but I think the biggest issue is how incompetent it is. I mean.. The acting....

The plant thing is pretty silly too
I haven't even sat through all of it. The concept was enough for me to check out.
He didn't direct Devil, but it was watchable. If mediocre. And the Latino security guard guy was an unbearable stereotype (I know supernatural horror is randomly into this "Mystic Latnio" archetype between this and PA2, but pancakes is just way too much

)
In terms of what it did right, I did like
the final boy. And I was genuinely surprised he lived.
The concept had potential too, but I've heard people say it's be better without the supernatural stuff and I kinda agree.
Oh, and the devil itself was literally first scene obvious. The minute (s)he got into the elevator I knew who it was
