And? you and we all know that BTD metacritic score isnt fair, and it was in the 60s mainly because she got backlash for her "fake persona" and her SNL performance.

Because her music is great, and she has a unique style.

Because her music is flawless.

Metacritic takes the opinions of ~30 critics per album whereas acclaimedmusic takes hundreds of year end, decade end and all time lists. So please, stop.

What he meant is:Metacritic is about initial response and year end lists is about longetivity(not everybody has that). That's why Born to Die made so many year-end lists

she's pretty indie still, looking at her singles performances. critics don't have a bias against her for having hits.
