I guess there is always a little Latin or Asian influence in all my dishes but I mostly like to cook like in the Chop't kitchen. Just grab a random assortment of stuff and make a composed dish. It keeps cooking fun.
Yes I can cook a variety of things. I can make savory dishes like pasta alle vongole which is pasta with clams, or I also make desserts like mango cheesecake and French macaroons. Its not always fancy, I can cook something up with whatever I find and make it taste good. I've never been taught anything, just loved to watch my mom cook (still do)
Nigella's homemade meatballs (you just buy good sausage) + tomato sauce (cook slowly so it sweetens up) is my go-to if I want to make something tasty and easy. Ha poussin w/ cinnamon ain't **** tho
Various curries and stuff. I'm a SE Asian cuisine stan. Italian too, because that's what I was cooking when I was in high school (didn't require much skill & time when I was coming back home famished).
& Polish. Not a huge fan, we have some good vegan/vegetarian dishes, but the rest is too meaty & greasy.
