It's not that I want her to return to that sound. For me, at least, sometimes I fee like her some of her new music isn't as quality as BTD. Only in some respects, for example, and only for a few songs. Overall, I love the directions she has taken.

I personally can't go back to half of the songs on BTD for some reasons, they feel really old and not very Lana to me now. I think Honeymoon is somehow a perfect mix of her previous efforts into 1.

I'm sorry! That sucks, because I am still slaYed by BTD today. It's such a good album. I'm not asking her to go back to that sound or era even. I'm really happy she has evolved. I can't even explain it, there just seems to be a difference in the song writing and melodies and phrasing and wording between BTD and later stuff. Overall, that is--there are obvious exceptions. Idk, like I said, I can't really explain it. I'm just enjoying the new music.

I'm most excited for GKIT. Gospel influence? Hoping the end of TLY flows into GKIT, and the ending of GKIT flows into HBTB (which flows into Freak). Seems like it, at least, cause of the way the songs cut off

I agree. That's why I'm glad she's not pop, because a lot of pop isn't timeless. All the generic, mainstream garbage on the radio will never stand the test of time, but I think the majority of lana's music will sound good, whether it was 40 years ago, now, or 40 years in the future.

Can I buy the song? Or how do I get it?
