Will she still be considered a main pop girl, or will she be demoted to B-List level of pop girls (Selena, Demi, Ariana)?

Well, Gaga has not really had a flop album yet so I don't know what you mean by "another."
But she'll probably be dragged for the next year on ATRL and serve one top 5 bop

Just cause ARTPOP flopped, doesn't mean she's not a main pop girl. She's in the top 5 with Rih, Bey, Katy, and Taylor.
