Nicki will probably become one in the rap lane but doesn't seem to have the commercial backings to become one overall.
Taylor will probably get there one day and at worst will just be an icon.

Both. Nicki is already on the path to become a rap legend. Taylor just need to keep this up while making more quality music in time.

Nicki will be at best a rap icon, I don't see Taylor becoming a legend but she's the only one who might.
