Beyoncé is a powerhouse. Lady Gaga has a more versatile voice. So it all depends on what kinda voice you prefer. I prefer a voice like Bey's personally.

He is referring to VOCAL musicianship..which Beyonce has been developing for years along with her natural ability to improv and sharp interpretive skills due to her having a great ear for melody, harmony and chord structure.. This gives her the ability to craft intelligent and complex vocal arrangements into some of the most basic song structures..Especially in some of her pop music..

This thread is about the ability and quality of the vocalist.. "playing instruments etc" doesn't really belong in the discussion. He's talking about musicianship from a vocal perspective; also, beyonce CAN sing as many genres as Gaga can! Fact

They are not equal..The only places where Beyonce finds parallel traits with Gaga concerning the voice is the ease in the lower register.. (however Beyonce's phrasing down there is still better despite having a lighter voice). Beyonce sweeps virtually every other department..especially from an objective standpoint.
