Bobby has been with Gaga since the beginning. He worked for Troy Carter and has always been a friend of Gaga
And he is more like a Partner than manager, when Gaga accepted her grammy in 2011 she thanked Troy for being such an amazing partner and manager.
There is nothing wrong with them being close
