What are some good cities to live in for a young, single, gay person?

hmm I live in LA but I go to Seattle and Portland a lot.. hmm.. I'd say Seattle imo.

NYC, LA, Chicago, Houston, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.

For gays? Always go for huge cities, the bigger the more open minded. NYC, LA, London, Paris, Mexico City, Sao Paolo, Berlin, etc. etc.

It's the most expensive city to live in the entire U.S. I'm from a suburb 20 minutes South of it, and all the cities around it (Marin, The Peninsula, The East Bay) are ridiculously overpriced as well.
