First of all, I wouldn't be personally administering death to these morally devoid people.
Secondly even if I were, it would depend if I'm in a state where the death penalty is allowed or not. If it is a state where death penalty is allowed, then technically, if I'm ordered to do so by the court as people who administer the death penalty are, then it's not an "unlawful killing" of another human since it would be legal.
If you don't agree with the death penalty that's up to you, but I personally believe there should be no place in this world for people who commit morally devoid acts like pedophilia, rape, or those who kill innocent others such as the people who do atrocities like 9/11 or the Bali Bombings. And putting them in prisons where they either can go out there and commit acts again, or have the life sentence (which is basically killing them), or even torturing them is questionable in whether it is more or less immoral than just killing them.
As I say though, if you don't agree with the death penalty then that's for you to decide, and if killing those kinds of people makes me a murderer, then, well, I guess I'm a "murderer" and I should die, but not before I take down some of those kinds of people.
