Jennifer Lopez has only 2 100 million grossing movies in her career and both of them are from Disney. Why do you guys act like she was a big movie star let alone an acclaimed actress minus the few Selena reviews
She has a lot more than that Plus she was the lead credit in almost all of them. She was a major movie star and still has some sort of pull (The Boy Next Door).
Britney, Beyoncé, and JLO are all bigger stars than Rihanna has ever been, tbh. At least in the US.
Overall, it seems to me that Rihanna is about the same as Taylor, Katy and Gaga (despite Gaga being bigger than her at her peak.) But even those four aren't comparable to the class of '99.
I said I forgot to mention people in their early 20s in my other post. 14, 15 and 16 year olds are obsessed with her and they are apart of the Beyonce bandwagon.
The ''Beyoncé badwagon'' doesn't exist. If it was a badwagon, it would have ended a long time ago like it does for most of the artists that are only hot for a few years. Bey has been big for a long time and that's because a lot of people like her - and clearly more than this generation because she has been around for 18 years. People in their early 20's are not children... Sorry!
