She has a habit of literally pressing the microphone against her lips when she's lipping. When she's singing live, the mic is held further away from her mouth, especially when she's belting. Her mimed belts are the most obvious as the microphone is still pressed to her mouth.

The bold I expected. As for FSOG & RTA I think her mic was equipped with that effect. Drunk is always different. She really does it wrong because it could be such a lit performance.

Was just about to say her mic was changed for CIL and RTA you can tell (at least for me cuz i was in the audience you could hear it was her live)

LOT sounded different and ever since Roseland and VMA 2011 there will always be the debate between it being live vs pre-recorded so i never bother.

DrIL was also VERY live, parts may have been pre-recorded but it was definitely Live same with Partition.

Being there and seeing it on a stream really does change your perception because you can hear it differently.

I know that she can sing live with that effect but that performance yesterday wasn't live.

I don't think so. I saw 2 more videos on youtube before they take them down and both of them were skipping parts.

I didn't care that she was lip-synching a surprisingly large chunk of it; her fierceness & stage presence more than compensated for that. I liked the "Kety" cameo from "The Necki Menij Show" during Partition. Great performance.

Another fun weekend in Philly.

Beyonce was awesome. The crowd was live as hell.

Everyone was wasted. Security was relaxed and everything was chill. I'm ready for next year already.

I also thought LOT and DrIl were both live this time around, especially since some vocals were way different than usual.
