well with the urinals that men use, women could walk in and get an eyeful of D and feel uncomfortable. also they might just feel uncomfortable doing private/gross bathroom things in front of the opposite sex, like the thought of me being on my period and doing things related to that in a room where there were a bunch of men seems like a horror scene
