I frequent Max Martin's wiki to see what credits he has recently worked on, and Under U was written for Usher as a follow-up to I Don't Mind, along with this other track titled "Bedroom" with the same writing and production teams.

I really hope he releases something we haven't heard tho

as far as I know (and Bebe Rexha confirmed it, I asked her about it), it was supposed to be her lead single from her new album, but she scrapped it and ended up being on Nick's album.
