As far as I know he identifys as straight. He was a child actor so he grew up in an industry that is gay friendly. He probably doesn't think twice about what he says/does. Or at least doesn't care which way it is taken.
No I agree with that for sure. It's just with Tyler he recently said he was straight in OUT magazine. He seems very open so I would think he would tell his fans if he was bi. But yes you are right he could be bicurious and just doesn't want to talk about his sexuality until he feels comfortable with it. He is still young (only 23) I forget that sometimes.
