Do you lift?
And by lift, I mean more than just a spoon to your mouth or the driving service.
Do you bench? A sistren likes a strong man.
If you do, how much do you bench? The weight, etc.

Squat 120kg
Bench 80kg (my upper body strength is a flop

Weigh about 175 currently. Bench 185-225, max 295. Squat pretty much the same as my bench
