Just being realistic here, sexual chemistry and attraction and having a healthy sex life does have a considerable effect on romantic relationships. I just wouldn't be interested in going into a dating situation with a person that I feel like I wouldn't be fully sexually attracted to and I couldn't have (what I consider to be) a normal sex life with.
I did a little reading after visiting this thread (as it was something I'd never really thought about and I was curious) and there just simply isn't a possible way to create a
fully functioning penis via phalloplasty. Perhaps in the future, but the medical science just isn't there yet.
