Could have fooled me. I've yet to hear anything about that girl or her album from anyone outside of ATRL and Twitter.
She's a non-event, and so is her album imho.
Like I cringe when I hear it. Colors Pt. 2 slays at least. Why aren't people talking about Roman Holiday? Lana is better, IMO. Although her past two eras have been absolute trash. Like godawful trash. I don't really know why they're being compared. I see it more with Melanie. Who has my favorite album of 2015.
It's because she seems ~cool~ and ~indie~, but is very palatable.
Also I don't know why some are so bothered by Halsey, lol. She's not harming anyone and seems nice. There's more than enough fans in the tumblerverse for everyone.

I liked Ghost
This. I was getting Kesha from her music too for some reason. IDK what it is, maybe her vocal delivery on some songs.
She has the type of sound that really captures you on the first listen and makes you want to hear her other songs. I first heard of her when I heard "Ghost" on the radio (which is FAR from one of her best songs), and I wanted to look her up before the song was even over. It's probably the combination of the alternative production/sound and the lightness of her voice that just grabs your attention in a way that a lot of artists don't do as quickly.
