In regards to Harry Styles holding a gay pride flag:

Yeah. OUT is really thirsty. It's nice if someone can hold the flag just to say they support it. They don't have to lower themselves and gossip for no good reason. Although i'm not familiar with OUT very well so I can't say if they're just a mess all around
A. It's stupid that any supporter of LGBT rights is immediately deemed queer. It does erase allies, and that's not okay.
B. The word "queer" is an umbrella term for all gender and sexual minorities, and has been used so in an academic sense for quite a while now, so the people commenting need to get over themselves.
