Conslusion: We haven't seen Ciara work it fully yet, so it's not 100% that she'll keep it, she suits it though, but Rihanna rocks in short-hair and is basically her trademark (along with Umbrella)

I'll pick Rihanna since she is the one who started the short hair trend first and while I love Keri and Ciara to me Rihanna is best of the three.

Keri looks terrible with it , like a hot boiled pig
keri is VERY pretty but that cut does nothing for her, she looks best with the shoulder legenth hair n bangs like in the energy video
Ciara always switches her hair up n shes done the short cut so many times before- n ciaras now is a wig she said so and said she will stop wearing it at the end of this summer , like she did the summer of 2007 except it wasnt as short then in it was real
