When she's "shocking" or "offending" people, she does so to point out their hypocrisies. Like for example, she's talked about how both sexes have nipples, and only girls have "functional" or larger breasts, but you can't show the nipple, you can only show the other aspects of a woman's breasts. She's calling out that idiosyncrasy in a pretty simple but somehow ignored manner. If she shocks or offends people, that sucks for them, she doesn't give a ****, that's her shtick.
And I'm sorry you find her boring, that's your opinion. I personally don't, I think she's very interesting.
