Do they feel bloated with back pain and cramping every 28 days? Do they feel shame when a man stares at their breasts?
If you think he's a female you're an enemy of science

You are obviously looking at this with a very narrow lense. Yes, biologically and chemically from birth, this teenager was a male. However, their identity, what this teenager relates and gravitates strongly towards is the
social constructof a girl. That is where this teenager feels she belongs, in that social body. This is not about "feeling" like a girl in the physical sense - she's not "feeling" cramps like you pointed out - this is about how a person wants to be treated and seen, and that should be respected, given that it's really not that hard to do. If a few people feel uncomfortable for two minutes of their life because there is a penis where there usually isn't one, so be it. Because this young woman feels uncomfortable in her skin and in her daily life 24/7.
