I have never once thought it was funny because of her eating disorder either, nor did I think that's why others thought it was funny. It's hilarious because it's ridiculous, made up fan fiction meant to make her look like a bitch. The person referring to the eating disorder is absolutely reading into this in the worst way and making it more than it is.
