I watched this video where this guys last name was Jose or something and he applied for like 20 jobs and heard nothing and then changed it to Johnson or something and all the places he applied to called back

Haven't seen anything like this here in London, every place I've worked at so far has been very international with lots of people from various countries with non-English names. I'm one of them myself.
