I'm just guessing here, but I can't imagine her label wanting to fund a project like 'Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz' because its not really marketable. I bet it was just a collection of songs/demos that were scrapped and she compiled together as an album.

I'm pretty sure she's been working on the album. Billboard said she was working on Dead Petz and the album being released through RCA

This is the 4th time I've posted this statement. It's like people are in disbelief that a mainstream artist was willing and able.

I'm sorry I didn't follow many of the other Miley threads closely enough to catch your 3 previous posts.

I was just sharing my thoughts and speculating. I'm not in any disbelief over her willingness or ability, just that her label might not have been so willing. Nothing you've said really refutes or supports that either, but thanks for sharing something I was not aware of. Good for Miley.
