The "Neighbors" comedy, starring Zack Efron and Seth Rogen, hit theaters about a year ago and went on to gross almost $270 million on a budget of $18 million. And now comes word that Universal Pictures is moving forward with a sequel. "Neighbors 2" will bring back Efron, Rogen and Rose Byrne, as well as director Nicholas Stoller. Also, the film was always going to be made, news broke in February. This has nothing to do with the flop of WAYF. The first one was a hit with a great comedic cast, that alone was enough to secure a sequel. I don't know why it's so hard to just Google this info.
