The scoring is confusing me, like why is Era 5th when he was 2nd in the non-teams, had the 2nd highest rank and 2nd highest score?

edit: oh, so the top 4 are from diff teams then the lower 4 from the same teams? I don't really like that tbh.

Matty said from the beginning that the rankings would be split in two; the "best" of each set of rivals would occupy the #1-#4 spots, and the "worst" of each set of rivals would occupy the #5-#8 spots. Despite Superpower and Era being the clear winners this week, the highest the second team member could ever possibly place was #5.

I'm not really sure why Matty did it this way, but that's the way it was done.

I'm just glad I wasn't eliminated. But tbh like if all the ranks are gonna count or sth later I hope the judges consider the non-team ranks/scores.

I'm pretty sure they will, and that's referring to both aspects. Overall the judges preferred your entry to any of those placed #2-#4 which is what matters most. The middle rankings were based on technicalities but the #1 and #7-8 were accurate to actual rank and the scores (non-team rank) are the true indicators of how well your entry was received.

Your ranks in one round won't affect you that much in the finale, if Matty is using the same formula as last time.

I won't be able to participate in the comeback challenge because (ironically) I'm actually home right now and my parents canceled the internet when I had originally moved out. I'm at the public library now and we won't get internet back until sometime next week it's a struggle right now and then I'm starting a new job while also catching up with HS friends.

But grats to the final 7 and good luck to those competing in the comeback challenge. Superpower you better CLUTCH on to that #1 spot And y'all better enjoy the one week break and be prepared to slay next week. I'll be watching
