IMO the effect where the back of the stage was a big screen of her should have stayed the whole/more of the show. I thought that was a really great idea in particular.

September is over half way finished, and still no dates for the end of the year. I thought that she was going to announce her South American, Asian and Australian dates all at once, like what Justin did, but, I guess not. She might perform in South America and the Caribbean in November/December, Asia in January and Oceania in February.....

Will she add dates for latin america?

Yes, she is 100% going to Brazil. She might be going to other places in South America (she hinted at it). She also said that she will be going to Mexico and hinted at Puerto Rico.

I'm worried shes not extending the tour anymore like where are the new dates why would it be taking so long

She would never promise to go to Australia and Brazil and then just not go. There will obviously be no shows in September or October, but she has to time to announce shows for late November/early December. Maybe that's when she's going to South America.
Also, her team are probably waiting to announce them because the tour is being stretched out. I thought it was gonna end this year. But it's going to be going on until Spring 2016.

Or maybe she's gonna announce a new tour like the Reloaded Tour.

There's a rumoured going around Twitter saying that the dates of Latin American leg of the tour are being finalised and Nicki will be there in January.

It's false - March 5 at the Vector Arena is booked, as Madonna is playing her tour there. Unless Nicki's show is playing theatres in Aus/New Zealand.
