Android has smaller phones. And even some phones like the G4 are the same size as the iPhone 6 even though the LG has a bigger screen. Its not the screen size, its the bezels. iPhones has huge bezels.

Plus, you can't keep your phone forever. At some point you're going to need a new phone. In 5 years, all phones will be 5"+ screens. What will you do then?

Did I also mention I like getting updates on time? My old Android didn't get its update for T-Mobile until like a year late.

T-Mobile has changed actually. They now speed up updates. Its Verizon that's slow. And if you really want quick updates, get a Nexus or Motorola. Heck I had an LG and I got an update super quick. Android is actually different these days,

The flagship phones of HTC, Samsung, Sony, LG all get relatively soon updates. The Nexus series are the first phones to get the new updates too.

It probably didn't help I had the LG Optimus 90 which was in constant talks about Lollipop. It's not like I bought this iPhone new, it was like $199. I def will give Android another shot though if I can, because I am

I don't mean to be a sheep because I am interested in Androids too, it's just a damn comfort zone. I don't think Apple is all original either, and my relationship is messy with them too, but I always find flaws in ANYTHING.

Yeah, stick to flagships. Stay away from HTC for now. If you want an sd card get a LG G4 or Motorola X both of them are cheap, but very high end.

If you care more about looks, and like the premium feel, get a Samsung Galaxy. Samsung really upped their game this time around.

If you want quick updates, and the best Android has to offer with no strings attached get a Nexus or Motorola.

And the Optimus, is trash. LG has come a long way from then. The G series is easily one of the best this year.

A galaxy is the only one I'm truly interested in, but I will have to look in the cheap ones you mentioned because I have not TOTALLY done research. The Optimus truly is trash. I hated it.

I bought a Huawei P8 Lite and I have had 2 updates so far, since mid-June. It's one of the probable smartphones being updated to Marshmallow, but I'll have to wait and see how long it takes. My phone is carrier free, so it's probably much faster.
