I actually think this is a cute look, it just doesn't go with the hair.
I like the eyebrows themselves, but I dont usually like what she pairs them with. The outfits she wears with them and the hair she chooses often clashes with the statement that the eyebrows make. So its like ehh.
And please at people reaching for comparisons, its a high ponytail. Its not like Madonna has creative license on being blonde with a ponytail. Madonna stans need a grip.
