Yeah, I don't think he was married though. I think he got married in between the filming and the premiere. He is not wearing a wedding ring during the tent bed scenes but he is in the film theatre.
I thought about that too, but a lot guys take their rings off in order to feel less guilty. The "no one has to know what we do" line in the bedroom goes right along with the married theory. Perhaps he had plans to leave his wife, and Taylor had thought they were going to see each other at the premiere and be together, instead he brought his wife as a way to say he was choosing to stay with her
Have been watching/listening to WILDEST DREAM MV for quite a while. Joseph Kahn is really making MUSIC video MUSICALLY, his understanding with Taylor's music is EXCELLENT. WILDEST DREAMS MV has no difference: The music, the lyrics and the video match up perfectly
