Okay I'm watching the episode now. Austin is disturbing me, he's a psychopathic misogynist. I don't know what's wrong with him. It's scary seeing a grown man yelling at a woman like that and calling her a "bitch". What do you people see in him?

Austin lied. She did not spit in his face, if someone spits in your face, you would lose your **** at that moment, but he just continued on at Janice, no mention of spit. Based on the fact that contestants in prior seasons were also removed for spitting (and without warning), he's very entitled to have her removed.

Janice admitted to at the very least spitting in the direction of him; with the intention of spitting on him. Whether or not the spit hit him is irrelevant. She was still going to do it, which makes her a trashy awful person.

It's not the fact he's call her a bitch, it's is approach and the way he said it. He is standing over her, yelling vile slurs in her face. She has also been extremely disrespectful and intimidating towards him. In fact, on the live feeds it showed that the first argument they had was because of JANICE, not Austin. So don't even.

If she started on me, I'd be the exact same as Austin. She was the one who picked the fight, not him. I'd be damned to not defend myself.

Austin is unable to defend himself without verbally attacking the other person. Standing over someone and yelling "you're a ****ing bitch" in their face is not defending yourself, it's childish, Year 10 level behaviour.
