Chloe was nowhere near Austin and Janice when that occurred, not to mention Natasha thought she did spit so... Janice admitted to, at the very least, threatening to spit on him. If BB warned, it must have been VERY serious for them to warn JANICE DICKINSON of all people. It's quite clear she spat on, or at the direction of, him (as BB later confirmed).
