It just looks like the good sis Nicki was practicing it a lot infront a mirror or something so she wouldn't mess up and that's why it kinda looks fake
I think it was staged but truth in jest.
Miley won in the last 5 seconds when she made herself seem like the 30 year old and Nicki the 20 something getting all philosophical with it.
She didn't lie.
You could tell Nicki was being extra because she knows Miley wasn't going to do anything and Miley was twirling her hair because she knew Nicki wasn't going to do anything.

you must be new There is a Delay, always, because of things like that. Every live event has those, because a TV Channel can suffer MILLIONS in damage because of unexplicit language and so on.

lol, live TV is almost never "live" at events like this, there's always a slight delay so producers can censor everything that's necessary.
