Lily has a really dark/dry sense of humour anyway - so as the article even says itself (tho they don't make that clear in the headline) it could just be Lily joking around, genuinely wouldn't be surprised if it's something like sugar

Lily collapsed because she lost alot of weight and drank to much. She also has had health issues in the past that have caused her to collapse/faint on stage and other places. Nothing new.
And her friend probs did have drugs lbr. Doesn't mean she's doing them.
