Tsunami, I binge watched 2006 tsunami videos on youtube one weekend and it gave me nightmares. It's one of my biggest fears now, especially because I live on the coast.
It's much harder to run away from a tsunami. I live five minutes away from the beach and every time I read about a tsunami or talk about, I get so ****ing scared.

Tsunami, cuz you can hide from a tornado, but you can't hide from a tsunami + a tsunami destroys the land, you can't build on it and crops won't grow on it for quite a while if there's too much damage
A tsunami easily. Most tornadoes are very weak and only touch the surface for a couple of seconds/minutes and therefore only cause very limited damage. A tsunami however devastates coastlines of entire continents and is MUCH more catastrophic. The deadliest tornado killed less than 1,000. Tsunamis frequently kill more than 100,000.
