Y'all. I started to drink coffee with 1/2 portion of cream and 1/2 portion of sugar that I usually put in the beverage a week ago. I lost 3 pounds. I am currently drinking more water than coffee and I try to get at least 6 hours of good quality undisturbed sleep every night.

One thing that bothers me is the "lose skin". I am a really busy person, I am afraid that once I dropped off the weight, my skin would sag and I don't want that to happen. What workouts at home should I do? Like in specifics? Much appreciated the response guys

Hey guys! So 2 months ago I was at 230 and now I'm at 207. I've been stuck with my weight for more than a week now and I don't really know why.

I'd post pictures of my own, but I'm satisfied with how my body is progressing and don't really need any type of feedback. May post them anyway sometime this week, if anything for the excuse of taking one in the first place, since my stockpile of progress pics is pretty pathetic.

I noticed I had been needing to lose weight. I weighed about 190/192 around August 7th, and it's now August 30th and I've lost about 6-8 pounds (I'm 185 now). I've mostly just been walking on the treadmil for 20-40 minutes every other day, going for walks during my break at work, and eating healthier foods (I've been loving pepper slices lately) It's tough at times since there is so many good snacks and sweets, but I've been feeling better about myself.

You need to change up your daily routine as your body has adapted to the exercises and as a result is expending less energy. Doesn't have to be a major change, but even doing more reps or being more intense in the same workout will challenge your body and stop the weight loss from plateauing.

Hey fam, so recently I stopped working out but now that school has started back up I feel more motivated to get off my ass and workout religiously again. I’m also trying to impress a particular someone so I have plenty of motivation I just need advice for muscle mass gain.

I’m 145lbs and 5’8, does anyone have any suggested workouts specifically pertaining to arm and chest workouts? Also dieting tips would be much appreciated I know protein is a MUST but if anyone could help with specifics it would be super helpful!

Could anyone advise me what would be the best weight of dumbbells for me to buy? I'm 182cm/5'11 and 60kg/132lbs. I was thinking about 10 lbs, I mean, if the exercise is efficient, that could do it no?

That depends on what kind of workout you're doing...and how long you've been working out... maybe you should start with bunch of resistance bands and then have one pair of lighter weights for more full body and endurance moves and heavier ones for basic moves like squats, bicep curls.....

It's so hard to eat 3000 calories on a daily basis for me, I've only gained 12lb in around 3-4 months
