I absolutely adore Cookout, which is a fast food place only located in a few southern states and Maryland. For $6 you can get a burger, quesadilla (SO MUCH BETTER THAN TACO BELL), fries, and a milkshake. How can you say no to that? Because of the price, it's a regular hang-out place in college towns.
The best restaurant I've ever been to is Enastron in Trapezaki, on the Greek island of Cephalonia. It's a traditinal Greek taverna. I've been to a lot of tavernas but this one was so outstanding that we went there 8 days out of 14 of our vacation.

A fast food chain? Poor Americans, their quality standards

OMG I live in NC and I use Cook Out. Bojangles too. Biscuitville is another fan favorite but I don't go too often (not convenient AND they close at 2 in the afternoon)
Hwy 55 (Andy's) is tje other regional chain and I don't go there often either (on the other side of town)
