I mean Kesha's last official release was Timber and that went #1 so I wouldn't count her out just yet. We have to wait and see what happens with the lawsuit & wait to see how her next release performs before writing her off.
Unfortunately, I think Hilary Duff is done. (Even though I'm a big fan, I don't see it for her right now.) Her team wasted her comeback hype on a lackluster song choice. They should've hyped up her comeback with teasers of a dramatic video for either "Lies" or "My Kind". She had so much potential to come back strong if it had been handled properly.
Things don't look bright for Nelly Furtado either after her last era.
