With Halsey's extremely hate bandwagon I actually don't think she could do it but I do wish the best for her!
Interesting! Cause I've noticed since the album leaked and HDD reported she'd have a successful first week via preorders, a lot of people suddenly love her and have been pinning her against Lana. So she must have a chance at millions worldwide now.
but then the woman who has yet to release an album in almost 3 years that you Stan for is notorious for getting blocked at the top spot and low first week album numbers so why make this thread? A bit hypocritical don't you think?
i think the important thing to remember / take from all of this is that this Halsey girl will end up being a flash in the pan, whereas Halsey herself is proof that artists like Lana have visible impact on today's artists and the musical climate of today
I don't get the appeal. I've listened to 3 songs of her but apparently she lacks something. The interest in her will rapidly go down. Just let those few months pass and she vanishes like Foxes or Banks. She just happens to get commercial exposure as of now.
Let's just see if Halsey can keep up her success and churn out a game-changing, long-lasting, iconic album like Born To Die. The girl is a flash in the pan and will really only serve front loaded sales. Bookmark me.
