Not for college because I find them distracting. But I learn in my own time with free online courses. I'm trying to teach myself programming and some math

I like them, and I took quite a few while in college. Maybe 20% of my classes were online.

That is a lot of classes once you have a degree.

I liked them except for discussion boards. I felt professors sometimes graded them harshly even if you followed the rules/added to the discussion.

I did and I hated it. Definitely not for me. Without being in the classroom with a teacher there I had no motivation and slacked off a lot and didn't really care about what I was learning about. I ended up failing my classes and said never again.

I do but not for skool. Just to keep current in what's going on in my field. So far this year I have taken about 50 or so 'classes' with lectures, reading material and online tests at the end. This is a lot for me but mostly because of Windows 10, .Net. and the universal application platform.

yeah, i had the same problem (except i did pretty ok overall, just subpar on the tests). usually i'm really motivated to do things on time and freak out if something is late but you always have the idea of "oh i can turn it in whenever" and its just bad the last 2 weeks of the class

I took 1 last sem and it was horrible. I had to teach everything to myself and I kept pushing everything back.

I have 2 this sem and 1 of them is like that one. However my other one seems AMAZING. My professor is doing video lectures and it just amazes me so much and I find it so cool. It's so much better than just reading a long PowerPoint by yourself and ****

I had a mandatory one and it was the most godawful class I have ever taken. It was to learn a computer program, and it was just really hard for me to learn without the in person lecture and I normally don't really have a problem picking things like that up.

I think this would be me.

I took one this summer and got an A but I feel like I learned nothing from it. I don't understand how people do not go to class because the only way I can truthfully learn something is going into a classroom and physically writing notes and listening to a teacher.
