Here's the current overall AI chart:
1. CFMF 186M (-3.4M today)
2. Cheerleader 174M (-2.7M today)
3. Lean On 147M (+0.5M today)
4. Photograph 125M (+1.8M today)
If CFMF continues to freefall, it'll be around a week until it gets to 155M. If Lean On can gain approximately 1M a day (which isn't likely, considering that it is peaking right now on both rhythmic and pop), it'll get to 155M at the same time. However, that won't matter at all if Cheerleader doesn't fall fast, as if it falls 2M per day it'll only be down to 160M in a week.
So not only would Lean On have to continue gaining significantly (its peak is imminent), CFMF would have to seriously freefall for 7+ days in a row (unlikely) and Cheerleader would have to lose AI at an even quicker pace than it is right now (also unlikely). Furthermore, Lean On can't just top overall AI for one day to top Radio Songs; it has to have the most AI for the entire tracking period (it doesn't have to be on top for the whole period, though).
I'd put the chances at around 5-10%.
