We have had live Wallpapers since 2013, and even earlier using third-party Extentions. No one uses them though because lbr, live Wallpapers are tacky AF.
I literally judge people as it is, when they have some random Windows screensaver, who the hell would go to lengths to add it to their phone too?
As for screens, I'm kinda glad I didn't wait for the 6S+. Sounds like they are doing the oversaturated look that newer phones have that I hate. Oh look how much better my screen looks, when its really just like colours that look brighter than they are. yay.
Also, in-terms of battery, I'm also happy. My 6+ lasts me two days. I use like 4% browsing the net each 30 mins. And used only 9% watching a 30 min YouTube video in HD. And the S6 had like the worst battery since the S2 and you can't even swap them like you used to (something Samsung used to drag Apple for) so not really a drag their either.
I mean, yeah Apple are bringing a really solid power saving mode that actually works, rather than just disabling things you need like Camera, fast net etc. Doesn't mean they can reduce the battery. they did that with the 4S and it was a mess. I had to buy a Samsung S2 when the 4S came out because of how bad the battery was. They fixed it with iOS 5.1.1 but that was 3 months before the iPhone 5. No way I was waiting
That said the S2 had a great battery, but it took hours to charge the damn phone. I remember charing the phone for 15 mins and it would die like 10 seconds after being unplugged. So I eventually got a Note 2 which was great, but laggy after I updated (known issue) so I went to the 5S and now the 6+
