First, I would try to solve out the population that is dealing with poverty and hunger, then fix the people that put people in line, the police. I would ban nuclear war, it's not useful, and try to save the earth with new projects (that hopefully would be successful).

I would kill all people who self-identify as conservative and aren't willing to change the way they think. And if someone proves to have conservative viewpoints, I'd kill them. I'd also change all laws to make sure they're completely progressive and far-left, then make a global congress that is just members of the green party.
