Beck was (and St Vincent too).
Taylor said that half an hour before the show, she heard Chrissy Teigen was coming, as she is one of her friends (see below), and Taylor asked John if he wanted to perform on the night. He obviously said yes. So it was all impromptu. I dunno if they even had time to rehearse.
