Everyone has this mindset these days that the more calories something has the worst it is for you.
Milk is a excellent source of protein and contains lots of essential nutrients that you dont find in plant based alternatives like almond and soy milk.
Everything in moderation of-course but you are WRONG if you are thinking you are healthier by drinking alternatives (skim milk for those saving on the calories)

And no i dont enjoy drinking milk by itself at all.
No one was ever talking about calories tho. I dont give a damn about those things
yes of course. makes total sense. mother milk of a cow created by nature to make a calf grow up and huge can totally only be healthy for a human. that's also why doctors recommend grown ups to drink mother milk of women as well. full of good nutrition. totally not unhealthy. what could possibly be wrong with that?

I can't drink milk on it's own for some reason. Whenever I try my gag reflex kicks in, I have a difficult time trying to get it down. I can eat it when it's in cereal (but I can't drink the remaining milk ) and I can drink milkshake so I don't get it.
I don't particularly like the taste of plain milk either, I think it only tastes nice flavoured or sweetened when it's in cereal.
