I'm pretty sure he was crazy and it was all in his head. I think the racism stemmed from that he was replaced by a white reporter. I highly double Allison was a racist.

I doubt she was a racist, and even if she was, that didn't mean she deserved to get shot over it. The gun laws in America need sorting out, and quick.

Now I don't want to come across as condoning racism here, but I think we should just wait and see. I mean clearly something has gone down, but it doesn't sit well with me that we are jumping to the conclusion that a shot woman was a racist without evidence.

I would like to emphasize that this is not what daily life in America looks like. We're not living in complete chaos and turmoil. Sure, there might be a fatal shooting every day, but when you remember that upwards of 315 million people live here, that seems almost inevitable to me.

I think those who committ these shootings often have a victim complex - where they perceive society and people as acting decidedly against them and to make them suffer. It's likely that Williams was the subject of racism, but due to his way of thinking he felt it was also happening where it was not.

I am the only one actually relaying the facts here. The man who shot her said that Alison made racist comments towards him. Are we going to ignore this fact? If this is a memorial thread, I will happily leave. But I was under the assumption that this thread can be used to discuss the case at hand?
