No. At 0;16 she did notice that he was standing there, but she just didn't think he would do something like that after. Also she was focusing on her job.
Not that part, but I'm referring to the 0:17-0:19 mark (where's she's still interviewing the other older woman). But like MrBeyonceFan said, she probably didn't recognize him or didn't think anything of it.

I see what you're saying though. It looks like she glances over for a split second, but this was before he raised the gun so she didn't think anything of it.
I'm just assuming - but if he shot himself, he probably shot himself in the head. If he pulls through, he will probably have severe brain damage and he may not ever be able to explain his actions.
This too. I'd say that this is very possible (depending on exactly where in the brain he shot) if he fired at the head.
Not enough is being done to prevent things like this, and fatal shootings/terrorist attacks are just going to keep on happening. RIP to the poor victims. More people will be harmed by this system which values weaponry over the physical safety and mental wellbeing of citizens. And the racial aspect to this is part of another huge problem that needs to be resolved.
Also, I wish horrfiyingly graphic videos wouldn't be so casually flung around the internet. For one thing it's insensitive and disrespectful to the families of the victims.
