Yeah, but that's for you to decide, not the video. If you think you would be traumatized by a video such as that, don't click on it. Removing it means nothing because they are already thousands of copies of the videos on every video hosting site already.
Ultimately, the more you try to take it down the more people will want to reupload it. I know its unfortunate for the family members and for the victim's dignity, but that's how internet works. Everything is here to stay.
