I know it's an old comment, but I wanna address it. Sometimes it's not about what fans prefer, sometimes it's about who can deliver. Luna is a great singer, but she lacks presentability and originality. Krystal is a visual goddess, but her singing is extremely thin to the point she'd need a whole bunch of features on her mini-album, which is a whole bunch of unnecessary money. Amber has pull with the K-Pop idols. She could get features without having to inch away at her piggy bank. Plus, writing her own songs is a plus; that's a lot of saved money there as well… So, Amber solo was a safe bet from f(x). Luna is the next bet for a proper solo release (and not
some under-the-table single no one even realized was coming out) since she has the dancing ability and singing prowess; perhaps after next album (or even an extra track on the new album)…
